PPS
originated in 1992, executing small works and maintenance
contracts throughout the Torbay area, growing rapidly to undertake
medium to large contracts across Devon. Since then the workforce
has progressively expanded to a team of 14 operatives executing
small works, maintenance contracting and mechanical
services contracts throughout the South West area.
Our reputation has been built on the ability to provide and install quality plumbing and heating, electrical, ventilation and leadwork installations, to a high specification at an economical cost. We are members of CORGI, the Federation of Small Businesses, Managing Director John Pollard is an IDHEE member and has achieved the NHBC Site Management Award. PPS has a dedicated emergency and repair department executing all aspects of maintenance and emergency work with numerous prestigious service contracts throughout the South West area. There is a dedicated Contracts Manager, Stephen Procter, who prepares and issues computer design mechanical and electrical service drawings, detail and specification. We offer a complete package offering all aspects of Commercial and Domestic plumbing, heating and electrics, ventilation and leadwork from £1 to £350,000 and we have a dedicated skilled and qualified workforce with a fleet of vehicles all with mobile communications and readily available to respond to your requirements.
