Case Study 1
We have recently completed a 50 bedroom hotel installation, which incorporated complete plumbing and mechanical services designed and installed by ourselves. This included a 48 radiator heating distribution system, incorporating dedicated boilers supply paperwork and controls. Hot water requirements are served by dedicated low water content gas fired hot water generators incorporating a proprietary glass lined hot water cylinder. From this point mains fed hot and cold water paperwork distribution was extended connecting to all items specialist sanitary ware and provision for sufficient water supplies to enable 33 shower valves to operate at any one time.

Case Study 2
We are presently executing individual plumbing, heating and water requirements to a new housing development incorporating approximately 50 residential units. Hot water and heating is provided utilising a gas fired combination boiler from which point individual hot, cold water and heating paperwork is extended connecting to individual mild steel panel radiators, complete with thermostatic and lockshield valves for individual control and regulation. These are individual domestic type systems all of which carry a 12 month guarantee, after which individual services contracts are available to end customer and at point of hand over a full 'Hand Over' pack is provided to enable the end user to operate the system to its maximum capacity.

Case Study 3
Large commercial sized school with specialist aluminium rainwater and downpipes in one instance having a specifically manufactured curved radius to a glass walkway and rainwater requirements. Additionally on this project the building was manufactured of timber frame and a glass atrium, all of which was lead clad providing a watertight installation and in accordance with aesthetic requirements specified by the architect.
