Commercial Plumbing
From an initial client and specialist meeting, we provide the client's design team with specific design and building criteria and cover all aspects of commercial plumbing incorporating plastic, cast iron or copper waste and soil pipework, providing the property's waste discharge pipework requirements. This can incorporate installations varying in size with approximately 40 wc or outlet connections. Upon completion, all works are air tested in accordance with Building Control requirements.

Commercial Heating
As with plumbing we advise the end client of construction requirements, from this point we offer full CAD design drawing service, specification and installation of complete mechanical services incorporating iron, copper supply pipework up to 150mm in diameter as necessary. All services are installed as per our own design criteria and are dry pneumatically tested before commissioning. We have been involved in numerous heating and water installations with contract values ranging between £0 and £450,000, all of which are covered by our 12-month guarantee scheme.

Commercial Electrics
All designs are tailor made around our end clients' requirements and we cover a full spectrum of design and installation services incorporating swimming pools, industrial units and other commercial properties such as nursing homes, etc.

Commercial Maintenance
We offer a full maintenance service for all aspects of works executed by ourselves, which can be annually renewed offering a full maintenance and emergency package with priority response times.

Domestic Plumbing
We cover all aspects of domestic internal drainage, waste and overflow systems, supply and installing bathroom suites, shower installations, etc and offer a full guarantee for works executed.

Domestic Electrics
We offer a full electrical installation package, tailor made to customer requirements and cover all aspects of electrical works incorporating lighting, power installations and adaptations.

Domestic Heating
We supply and install as aspects of domestic central heating gas fired combination boilers, multipoint water heaters, complete with a full design and installation warranty.

Domestic Maintenance
As with commercial, we offer a full maintenance service with dedicated personnel offering a rapid response solution to any faults with new or existing systems. As with our commercial department priority is always given to existing customers.

Leadwork
Further enhancing our broad spectrum of works we offer a full lead design and installation service, executing specialist leadwork installations incorporating valley gutters, lead dormer roofs, all of which is specifically designed for individual client requirements and in accordance with planning constraints or requirements.

Rainwater Installations
We offer specialist gutter installations, installed either in cast iron, aluminium or UPVC, all of which are individually tailored and designed to customer and design team requirements.

Gas Work
We provide all necessary design and installation gas pipework distribution systems in accordance with current CORGI regulations.
